Hi, I’m Cody Hofhine, proud husband to my best friend Wendy and the father of four incredible kids. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and our values—humble, honest, hopeful, and heart for others—guide my life and my work.
I’ve always been passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves. Through my own journey, I’ve learned that success has less to do with external strategies and more to do with internal mastery. As one of my mentors, Jim Rohn, famously said, “Rarely does a man’s income exceed his level of personal development,” and that’s the foundation I’ve built my life and career upon.
My entrepreneurial path began working in construction with my dad and brother. Later, I started an insurance business, struggling through a tough first year with two kids at home and earning just $19,000. I vividly remember coming home to my wife crying, torn between paying the mortgage or buying food that month. That moment woke me up – something had to change, and it started with me.
I discovered wholesaling—finding real estate deals—and it completely transformed my trajectory. On my very first deal, I made more money than I had during my entire first year in insurance. At the same time, I immersed myself in personal development, devouring books, surrounding myself with people I admired and aspired to emulate, and investing in mentors who could guide me.
I sold my insurance business, went all in on real estate, and the momentum began to build. Over the next 15 years, I built eight multi-million-dollar businesses—all grounded in the same habits, principles, and concepts I teach my students today.
Looking back, I see that the key to my success wasn’t just learning new strategies; it was growing myself. Every time I grew as a person and a leader, my businesses grew too. That’s why my mission is to be the mentor I needed during my toughest times. With the right habits, tactics, and principles in place, I truly believe anyone can achieve the life they’ve always dreamed of—and it’s my passion to help as many people as I can get there.
