We start with a discovery call. I want to understand your business, where it’s growing, where it’s bleeding, and what your goals are for the next year. If it makes sense to move forward, we will.
Within your first month, you’ll fly out to my home in St. George, Utah for a half-day intensive. In person, one-on-one, no distractions. We’ll do a deep dive into your business and identify the exact bottlenecks — in your systems, your team, your leadership — that are capping your growth. You’ll leave with a specific, executable plan built entirely around your situation. Not a template. Your plan.
Every single month from there, we get on a 1-on-1 call. Just you and me. We review what’s working, what’s not, what’s shifted — and we map out your next move with clear, specific action steps. This is how momentum compounds over 12 months.
Then at Month 6, you come back to St. George for your second half-day intensive. We review your progress, recalibrate what’s next, and build out the game plan for the back half of the year. Most clients look back at this moment and barely recognize the business they walked in with on Day 1.
For the remainder of the year, we continue with our monthly 1-on-1 calls — accountability, execution, and elevation every single month until the year is complete.
